In the last week, my feedback number has gone up several times, but every time I check my feedback profile there aren't any new entries. Where is the system putting the new feedback entries?

Above the feedback over on the right, select Sort by Most recent (instead of the default, Most relevant).

OP5 months agoThank you for your response. The list is sorted by "most recent" but, although the number increased yesterday, the first feedback was received several weeks ago. This has happened several times in the past months. I tried changing it to "most relevant" but that just made things worse. Since I can't see any new feedback, I don't know if the buyer is satisfied with the purchase. I can only guess since the positive number is the only one that changes.

Mentor5 months agoYou are receiving automated feedback from eBay. You need to check the box for showing automatic feedback. When the buyer does not leave feedback within about 10 days eBay will leave an automatic feedback so your positive numbers will go up. The buyer can still leave feedback within 60 days of the sale and it will replace the automatic feedback that eBay left.

Not every buyer leaves feedback, so you won't know what their opinion of the transaction was. It's been this way since eBay began. Most sellers received feedback for way less than half their buyers.
The last feedback you received from a buyer was for the foot wrap. Since then, eBay has left two positive feedbacks for buyers who chose not to leave it. See the screenshot I posted on my previous response.
