Feedback
Due to a personal tragedy I wasn't paying attention and as a result I have two negative feedback responses.
It was over a year ago and need to get them removed if possible.
I feel people are not buying from me after seeing the negative feedback.
I'm not sure what can be done ?

I suspect it is too late to Reply to those FB and I suspect it may be too late to use the FB removal tool but you can try it. Request to remove feedback
