How can we get Ebay to automatically post positive feedback after a buyer has received their item and has kept it for 30 days? I have talked to Ebay agents about this, but nothing ever happens. I send emails to everyone that has purchased from me several times and nothing! It is so annoying. Feedback helps with a sellers sales and Ebay should automatically be able to post it to our feedback after the 30 days are up. I am sure they can figure out how to have it set up.

eBay already does this. You have received 6 automated feedback where the buyer did not subsequently leave feedback.
Never ask a buyer for feedback. Some get so annoyed at the ask that they will leave neutral or negative feedback.
