I recently received an eBay guaranteed refund for an item not received from a Seller. I want to leave feedback about the seller so others can benefit from my experience. However, clicking on the 'Feedback' button in my Purchases listing results in an evaluation page for the item, not the seller.
How can I get to Feedback about the seller?

Star ratings for items are entirely voluntary; skip that section to enter your feedback comment for the seller.

Mentor8 months agoI have been able to skip the review about the item in order to leave feedback for the seller. If that doesn't work, perhaps you won't be able to leave feedback because you were refunded. Do you know if the refund was from the seller or from ebay?
