Feedback
The current process of viewing "purchases" from my home page, selecting an item, selecting "feedback" and then being allowed only to rate the item is very irritating. I won't rate an item on eBay but will happily give feedback for the seller but the straight feedback page gives no delivery information, so I end up skipping back and forth. I think I'm just going to stop giving any feedback.

Rating the item using stars is entirely optional and has no effect on leaving feedback for a seller.
Try leaving feedback from this page:

OP8 months agoThank you but my point is that from the "purchases" page, if you click "leave feedback" you can't leave feedback without rating the item. There is no need for that.

Mentor8 months agoI seem to be able to leave feedback without submitting a star rating for an item from my Purchase History page.
