I was given negative feedback by a buyer for an item that I did not sell. The buyer has made a mistake. How can I have the negative and erroneous feedback removed?

The only way the buyer can revise feedback is to have the seller send a "feedback revision request". Message the buyer to discuss and ask him or her if they are willing to revise their feedback.

Don't revise your feedback UNTIL you have your refund. Don't revise it because the seller promises you something.

PS if you are talking about the Neutral, that has been more than 30 days and can't be revised.
