I recently left a negative rating for a seller, but it doesn’t appear in their feedback history. It’s very important to me that my feedback is visible and properly reflected on eBay.
I purchased a computer system for nearly a thousand dollars, but it arrived dirty, worn out, and heavily used — even though it was sold as refurbished in good condition. In reality, it should have been described as being in deplorable condition.
Could you please clarify why my rating and comment are not showing under the seller’s profile?
