I'm trying to leave positive feedback for items I've purchased but it only goes back around 3 weeks. The only items I can leave feedback now are for ones I just bought in the last 2 weeks. All the other items I've bought there's no option to leave it. Does anyone know how I can leave it for items I purchased say a month ago? Thank you.
If there's no way to, ebay is screwing over the sellers to receive pos feedback in my opinion.
I thought I read somewhere that the buyer can leave neg feedback for a long time after the purchase.
Can anyone show me where to leave it? Pos

Can you provide an item number for one of the recent transactions you cannot leave feedback for?
Is it possible you have already left feedback for those transactions? Or that it has been more than sixty days since you received those items? Otherwise you should be able to leave feedback as long as the item has not been removed for a policy violation.

OP11 months agoIt was some zip bags. Item 353397418235. Purchased Sept 8th. But it's possible I already left it. I couldn't find my feedback on the sellers list.
The other ones are over 2 months old so it was just this one.
If I already left it I'm sorry to take up your time.

Looking at the seller's feedback received for that item number, I can see a positive feedback from a buyer with 2604 feedback in the last month.

Just the other day I reported a search issue I had encountered, posted on several boards, tagged eBay folks, submitted a tech report. Only later realized that the problem was entirely due to the way I was searching, not any sort of problem with eBay at all. I had to follow up and admit that it was my fault. It happens.
I'm glad that in this situation there is no unknown technical problem preventing folks from actually leaving feedback! It is hard enough to get folks to leave real feedback without technical issues getting in the way.

OP11 months agoDon't get me wrong. I appreciate the help. I just can't find where to leave it for purchases over a couple days ago. Even 3 weeks ago I can't for that seller.

Mentor11 months agoAccording to your feedback page, in the past month, you have left 16 feedbacks, 15 for buyers, 1 for a seller.

OP11 months agoI leave auto feedback to buyers. But I remember leaving 1 for a seller a while back. On my feedback page at the bottom it says "leave feedback". But that only shows 2 items I bought a couple days ago that I haven't received yet.

If not then you accidentally made purchases not logged in to eBay with a guest account.
You can not leave or receive feedback for guest account purchases.

OP11 months agoYes everything is in my purchase history. I've never had a guest account and they were purchased in my main account. In "purchase history" it shows all my purchases but can only leave feedback for the last 2 I bought a few days ago.

I just wanted to point out that there is no such thing as a 'guest account'. Buying items as a 'guest' simply means that the item was purchased without the buyer being signed into any account.

OP11 months agoI bought something on Sept 8th and under "more actions" nothing about feedback. Only, didn't receive it, return it, contact seller and so forth. And that was just 3 weeks ago.
