Hi @rentalcars1

-Sellers cannot change Feedback once they leave it

-Buyers can change feedback only by requesting a Feedback revision form from a Seller. Sellers are allowed to send 5 per year BUT, only 1 per less than Positive Feedback. Buyers have 10 days to complete the form.
