Who came up with the idiotic "rate an item" during giving feedback scam? I cant provide feedback without rating an item? Absolutely moronic.

Last time I checked, rating the item was entirely voluntary.

There is no need to to provide a star rating for the item to leave feedback. Just skip over that section entirely, and fill in the feedback comment you want to leave for the seller.

It still is. Earlier today, I left two feedbacks for purchases. The "rate item" section was there, all right, but it was specified voluntary. I skipped it both times, feedback posted just fine . . .
