Did you mention specific defects in private messages with the buyer?
I’m sorry for the neutral … but it really doesn’t hurt you much IMO. You could try contacting the buyer with an apology for not being more specific about the defects and attempted ‘touchups’ of them … and offer a partial refund. If buyer is appreciative … you could THEN ask if they’d be willing to revise the feedback.
BUT DO NOT link a refund with the revision … as that would violate eBay policy.

OP11 months agoThank you for your help. They new about not noticeable scratches unless you start look for it. If you new where they are you always will see it.
