Is there any way to appeal an eBay decision regarding feedback?
I have a buyer who threatened to escalate an issue and posted a malicious untruthful feedback.. eBay refused my request to remove it despite having previously assured me that I had complied with eBay policy correctly to resolve an error.

-Unless I misunderstand their Feedback it sounds like you had some back and forth messages with that customer before they left that Feedback?
-Did you send the correct item to the customer?
-Did they file an official eBay return or did they just mail the wrong item back to you. I see on a number of your items you offer 30 Day FREE returns, that's a good thing!
-I don't see where their Feedback violates any specific eBay Feedback policy so that may be why eBay is reluctant to remove it.
-The other approach is to try and work things out with the customer and possibly have them agree to a Feedback revision. As you may know, Sellers are allowed to send 5 per year.
