Select:
1) The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies
2) Seller doesn’t want to complete the sale
Explain in the box that you wanted the item, and then, the seller canceled the order.
The seller won't be forced to complete the sale, but he will get a mark on his account for a policy violation.
