I'm a seller that sold an item ans buyer received and said it was broken. Buyer returned and I paid return shipping and refunded them upon arrival. Even though I solved issue immediately they left negative feedback. Can I get that removed since I made them whole?

·1 year agoBuyer's feedback is considered to be their opinion of a transaction, and making them "whole" by refunding after a return does not mean that it was a positive experience. I don't see anything in that most recent feedback that would violate eBay policies. The good news is your feedback percentage is still pretty good, and can increase if you have more good transactions. That negative will fall off the feedback percentage calculations a year after it was left.
