I have left feedback on purchase that I have made 4 times on 1, 3 times on another and eBay keeps telling me to give feedback..
Is anyone else having this problem??

You have not left any feedback in the last ninety days.
Try using another browser if you are trying to leave feedback and having problems doing so.
