Feedback
I want to leave feedback about the transaction. All those options are now gone. eBay says commenting on the item itself is optional, but it is not. I am not commenting on the item until I have had a chance to use it.
This is a big step backward. Will not be leaving any more feedback until this is fixed.

Mentor1 year agoI agree that it is a step backwards. As a seller, buyers are now leaving "reviews" of the item and not about the service the seller provided.
eBay seems to be very determined to get us to leave product reviews about the product.
I agree with you. I am leaving less feedback because of it.
