Would ebay step in if a buyer just lies in the feedback comment ??? buyer won't retract , within minutes of finding out an item never arrived I sent a full refund , but the buyer in his NEGATIVE feedback comment claims I sent the wrong item , and never contacted me during the 3 weeks the item was lost in the mail , which of course he can track as well
it just hurts looking at that feedback , this is my 2nd in 5 weeks after years on ZERO

Mentor1 year agoYou can try the feedback removal tool, but it is not guaranteed. I'm not sure eBay would know that the buyer is lying so that can't be proved.

OP1 year agoactually I believe I can prove it because tracking showed the package never arrived , so how could he say I sent the wrong item???
just frustrated at seeing the negative , my other negative was also unnecessary , a simple message and I would have gladly sent another card , , a mark on the surface got by me ---
I needed to vent but seeing that listed for a year , just sucks !!!!
