A seller left positive feedback for me then in the comments left extremely negative comments. Is there anything I can do about that?

·3 years agoeBay will remove any less-than-positive feedback comments (but leave the positive rating) left for a buyer no matter the circumstances upon request. I don't know if the report link above would actually get to someone who could cause the removal or not, if you try that and it isn't removed in a day or two I'd suggest Chat with Customer Service. Choose the last one, seller has violated one of eBay's policies. You can key in the seller's ID and the write the description of why. You can say the seller left you negative words with a positive FB. This is not allowed and against policy.
