I hate when Ebay asks me to leave feedback before a vendor leaves feedback on me. I pay for ALL my items immediately, so why can't vendors leave feedback first? I have a list of 15 items I purchased without having positive feedback left for me. Forget that!

Mentor2 years ago@lesterhayes1 I understand that the feedback notices are annoying. You can opt out of feedback reminders in account settings.

OP2 years agoI guess my beef is that vendors should leave a positive feedback immediately after payment. that's all.

Mentor2 years agoI agree, I just have mine set to automatic because I am lazy. LOL. Buyers receive a positive feedback as soon as they pay.
Sellers that are better than me leave custom feedback that is a thank you for the specific buyer.
However eBay does not require buyers or sellers to leave feedback. It's 100% voluntary. Also since buyers can only receive positive feedback. Buyer feedback while nice to get doesn't mean a lot.

Mentor2 years agoThose feedback reminders are generated automatically based on your Communication Preferences. If you do not want reminders, uncheck the box under General Preferences there.
