I received this feedback today and eBay is saying it’s ineligible to be deleted. I’m curious how is that possible with the name calling?

Mentor2 years ago@date1275 Unfortunately the AI doesn't know abbreviations. If they did ok the "removal" only the comment would be removed not the negative.
As for the other negatives. The SELLER is responsible for the item arriving on time and in the condition stated in the listing.
The buyer is covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Postal insurance is for the seller.
