Once you leave feedback you can not cancel or change it.
If you are the buyer and are wanting to change negative feedback you left for a seller, sellers get a limited amount of feedback revision requests they can send to buyers so a feedback can be changed. What you can do is to send a message to the seller and let them know you want to change it and ask them to send you a feedback revision request.
Most sellers are understanding and will send the revision request, some don't care about the feedback and will not respond.
If you are the seller and want to change feedback you left for a buyer then there is no way you can do that.
