Feedback
a couple years ago, high bidder wanted additional packaging for an item I had for bid. The shipping would have been 3x what I had planned. Now, after having a 100 rating for many years, I have a 66. Who in their right mind would buy from a 66 rating. How can I fix this? Thanks, Mark

Mentor2 years agoThat negative feedback you have will drop out of your ratings after a year.
You said a couple of years ago but the feedback reads that it was within the last 12 months.
Once it drops off you will go back to 100% if you get no other negatives. Your positives will drop as well.
What you can do is get more feedback to bring up the 66% (by buying or selling)
I think that some buyers will read the feedback and buy from you anyway. It doesn't seem to indicate that you are a bad seller, just that you had to cancel a transaction.
If you don't buy or sell, those positives are also going to drop off and you potentially will drop to 0% feedback.
I would list a few lower price things to try to build up your feedback and see how it goes until that negative drops off.
