Question

Why is it when people donâ€™t pay for the item. It gets automatically cancelled and iou canâ€™t leave negative feedback. This has happened to me a lot and I donâ€™t understand how to do that

Sellers have been prohibited from leaving negative feedback for buyers since 2008. It is against Ebay feedback policy to leave negative comments within a positive feedback.

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

All unpaid items are recorded on a buyer's account. Buyers who have excessive unpaid items, or canceled transactions, may have limits imposed, or lose their buying privileges.

Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:
