eBay has timed the feedback reminders to come out too soon. This is been brought to their attention many many time over the last year this has been happening, but eBay has taken no steps to change it.
You can ignore the reminders and leave feedback when it suits you. You can also choose not to receive the reminders at all by changing your communication preference down near the bottom of the list here:

You can also let eBay know that it is not helpful to send reminders before the item is received. You can do that from your feedback page. Click the blue Comments? button. Answer the questions about photos in feedback, and more options that allow you to send your thoughts will be displayed.
