Why does eBay keep lowering my feedback rating everything I delist an item?

Our Feedback Percentage is calculated on our last 12 months of feedback only. If more positive feedback are falling off the chart then are being added to it … then our feedback rating will decrease.
Your feedback percentage will return to 100% as soon as 12 months have past since you received the neg.
[Listing or delisting items has nothing whatsoever to do with our feedback rating.]

Ending a listing should not affect your feedback rating.
