·2 years agoIt could mean s/he took a break.
It could mean the account was hijacked (does the new listing seem consistent with what s/he sold before, e.g. an expensive hot new item in a totally different category than what s/he sold in the past?).
It could mean the buyers in the past 12 months just didn't leave feedback.

It means the member hasn’t received any feedback for the past 12 months.
Our feedback percentage is based only on feedback obtained during the last year.
