Feedback
The only negative feedback is always the first one listed. How can I keep it from being the first thing buyers see when they want to purchase from me. It has been months since I've received it but it is still on top.

If I click on your Feedback Profile page, using the "All received feedback", the most recent negative is the second feedback in chronological order according to date. That cannot be changed. It will move down the page as you receive more feedback.
It will appear as the first feedback when using the tab "Received as seller" because that is your most recent feedback as a seller. As stated, that will move down the page if you receive more recent feedback.
