Why are we not allowed to get feedback removed when a buyer totally lies and says that I didn't respond to them when I responded multiple times and offered to refund them? They also said that I said the item (shoes) were a wide width when I had selected Medium. So frustrating. Poshmark is so much more seller friendly. I went through all the steps to get it removed but they said it didn't meet the criteria.
