Mentor2 years ago@jimburg-51 You have already responded to the 2 negative feedbacks that you received. I would consider staying more calm and professional when responding to feedbacks as those answers are for your FUTURE buyers. I know that there are some buyers that take advantage that you'd like to yell at but doing some yelling and cussing and then leave a calm professional reply.
To answer your question you just go to your feedback page and click on reply next the buyers comment.
