we have received an negative feedback form customer for item ID 335025334709 which has been sold on 09.14.23 .The message is in Spanish language so we can not understand what is the reason .
We use translation to know what is wrong but it seems that Ragomez_11 complained about Service,Product,Seller and Even Ebay but we did not understate what was the real problem to solve it .
We send a message to Ebay to remove the negative feedback but just receive a message that you can not remove the negative-feedback!!!!!
We believe that the buyer place the order with wrong information due to lack of English language.In the meantime ,our doors are always open to return the product for preventing any problem.
Please check and let us know what is the reason for negative feedback.We do not know the reason for Negative feedback to solve the problem.
We working hard to keep our customers and do not like to have negative atitute in our Bay Page due to unknown reason.
