Feed Page Showing Everything Hidden or Not

Question

I normally hide several entries in my Saved Searches and Saved Sellers -- in the past doing so would result in only the unhidden / active ones showing updates on the feed page.

Now, hiding them does not have any effect on my feed at all. I am being overwhelmed with items all at once, it would take days to sort through them all, ridiculous.

I've tried both Firefox and Edge with no difference in results.

Also tried calling for support - apparently phone technical support no longer exists on ebay, WOW.

Others have noticed the same thing; the toggles to hide various searches or sellers are not having any effect on the Feed, and eBay has been notified about the problem.

You can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page to request a call back from eBay. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.
