Question

I purchased an item from a new seller, they sent me the item with an empty box. I waited about two weeks for them to send me it. I had to email them to remind me to send me the item then when I got the item, nothing was in the box

I then had to resend them the empty box to be refunded my money another 3 to 4 day hassle

if I leave negative feedback for the seller, then they can leave a negative feedback for me?

I paid for the item immediately so why should I receive bad feedback if they leave it for me?

Sorry to hear you had a disappointing transaction.

Buyers cannot be given negative feedback. If the seller tries to leave a negative comment with a positive rating, you can contact eBay to have the comment removed.
