Thank you for the help. I for some reason am not able to access anything that you stated. All my fault I'm sure. I did contact the seller and he explained the no feedback. No sales in the last 12 months. They had stopped selling when COVID hit. Thank you.
You are very welcome. It is possible you are seeing a different page depending on what route you take to get to feedback page. The classic page is the one with the two tables "Seller ratings" and "Detailed seller ratings". If you go through an individual listing there is an extra step compared to using the link in the seller's profile.
Make sure you are looking at the classic feedback page, looking at all feedback (not just feedback as a buyer or seller), sorting by "most recent" and checking the box to include automatic feedback.
If a seller actually does have five hundred transactions and no feedback, that would be highly suspicious.
If you are using a desktop browser and you follow the link to the seller's feedback by clicking on the feedback number in parentheses by the seller's store name or username in the seller's listing, if you see a small popup window, look at the bottom of that window (you may have to scroll down) and use the "show all" or "see all feedback" link. If that does not lead to the classic page with the feedback table and the detailed seller ratings stars there should be a link in the upper right to "switch back to classic" -- use that link to get to the classic feedback page.

OP9 months agoAt the risk of sounding ignorant. How do I find the classic feedback page.
