As a seller I left bad feed back for the wrong buyer, The items were next to each other and I want to remove the feed back that I left in error

Mentor2 years agoYou'll have to contact eBay and ask them to remove it. This will be a self-report as it's a policy violation for sellers to leave negative feedback comments for a buyer.
If a buyer hasn't paid by day five, select the cancellation option in the dropdown next to the order using the reason that the buyer hasn't paid. The buyer will earn an unpaid item strike on his account. Two or more and his ability to buy will be limited or even ended.
Add the buyer to your blocked buyer list here:

Scroll down that page and turn on the option to auto-block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items within 12 months. That will help to protect you from repeat offenders.
