Fee Refund Request

Question

I am inexperienced a selling, I put a large dollar item out for sale and I was nervous. I ended up ending the auction when there was a bid and Ebay charged my credit card $536.68 for a selling fee. I later sold the item under another Ebay account and Ebay charged me $600+ as selling fee for the item (same item). I'm ok with the $600+ charge but I can't find a phone number to request the refund of the $536.68, I tried the "chat" feature and that was a joke. Does anyone have an Ebay phone number?

Whenever you End a listing with a bid, you are charged a penalty.
