Fee refund if a buyer wants to cancel
This is the first time I am selling an item on eBay, and a buyer reached out after placing the order and paying requesting that I change the address. He wants me to cancel the order, but I have already printed the shipping labels. I have free shipping on the item so I am paying the fee for shipping. Will I be charged for this fee if I cancel the order or will I get my shipping fee back?

Mentor2 years agoAfter Voiding the label, you then need to file a Cancellation with Problem with buyer's address. Relist the item, send the buyer the new item number. Buyer needs to repurchase, and this time, when he sees the SHIP TO address, click the CHANGE link and made the change to the correct SHIP TO address before completing payment.

You have to void the label to get a refund.
