Fedex will not deliver to my Veterans Administration Address what are my options and how do I do?
I live on a Veterans Administration Campus and Fedex will not deliver to my address but leaves packages at a so called Mail Room that tends to lose items. When checking out on eBay and you get to shipping there is no way to change shipper, Pls Advise!
