Fedex + USPS in Shipping laber
Does anybody knows why I've been charged a higher rate for shipping which includes Fedex + USPS If my shipping setting is only considering USPS?

Mentor10 months ago@sbohub Your last sold listing says "Free economy" shipping so we don't know what shipping method you chose when you printed the shipping label.
Are you buying USPS ground advantage shipping labels?

OP10 months agoYes, I have been buying allways Ground advantage by default, But today, after I bought and printed the label, there were barcodes for USPS and FEdex on it and the rate was higher US$7.03 for a 3oz package.
I didn't have the option to choose delivery method.

Mentor10 months ago@sbohub That's odd. That sounds like a Fed Ex Ground Economy label. Fed Ex ground economy starts out with Fed EX and is delivered by USPS in some cases.
Also be sure that you didn't accidentally check the irregular package box which adds $4 surcharge to the label. See this post for info on the surcharge>

I would recommend voiding this label and buying a new one with the correct shipping method and price.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Mentor10 months ago@sbohub Yes. You can select Get ANOTHER label from the drop down menu on the shipping label page where you voided the label.

OP10 months agoI just noticed tha my Free Shipping policy was "economy" instead of USPS Ground Advantage? Could that be the reason? So why do all my previous shipping labels were considered USPS and this one was considered Fedex ground? Do you know about the reason?

Mentor10 months agoThe economy policy on the listing may be confusing the system. There are so many changes happening all of the time on eBay it's best to just say Ground Advantage on this listings. It think that will work out better for you. It's not possible for me to answer the "why's" of eBay, I can only say how to work with what we have. 🙂
You can bulk edit your existing listings to make sure that they all have Ground Advantage
If you are NOT using business policies then you can use Bulk Edit to update your listings.
How to use bulk edit:
1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> shipping> edit and submit
If you ARE using Business Policies then you go to this page>

Update the the business policy to free Ground Advantage.
