FedEx tries and falls to deliver four times.

Question

Four days in a row FedEx tracking shows item out for delivery but fails to deliver with “delivery exception”. Buyer wants a refund but won’t call FedEx and when I sent her an image of the shipping label and asked if all the info was correct she didn’t respond.

I called FedEx this morning and the representative told me it was certain to be delivered today, but instead it’s listed as another delivery exception.

Address is the one eBay provided and it checks out on Google earth.

Now what?

@misenthraller . Advise the buyer that per eBay policy delivery attempts mean that the seller did their job. When/ if the package is returned to you then you can refund the item price only and relist so that they can buy again if they wish to do so. eBay doesn't force sellers to refund on INR claims as long the tracking shows attempted delivery. They should take your advice and contact FedEx to arrange pick up.
