FedEx stated package not received, refunded buyer, package in transit now
I need some assistance with this - recently refunded the buyer because FedEx kept telling me that they never received the package that I sold. It was an Xbox - I have tried messaging the buyer to see if they would be willing to pay since I just now got confirmation that they did manage to find the item, that it has shipped and buyer should receive it tomorrow. Anyway I can get paid for this or am I SOL?

Mentor1 year agoNever refund unless the buyer opens a case and always put in a carrier claim as soon as a package appears lost.
If you had used your own FedEx label or had it shipped USPS you could have the package intercepted and returned to you. Not sure what you can do if you used an ebay FedEx label.
