Fedex Smart Post: Do they usually provide good service?
I have only had a package from Smart Post 2 times. The first time had a glitch or 2 but this time it has been horrible. Yesterday was 1 week from the date of delivery. I have lost count of the days when tracking said it was coming that day only to get an update at around 12AM that the delivery date is now a day later. I could not get hold of a human as the robots won't let you get through to a Notified the seller just last night but they may not have seen the message yet.
Are there people who use them that know this is a fluke or are they pretty bad as a rule? Thinkin of not buying from sellers who only offer this and not offering it when I return to some selling this month unless it is usually good.
