Fedex shows delivered, buyer never received

Hi all - a buyer opened a claim against me for not receiving the item. However I used an eBay printed label with FedEx that shows it was delivered. What happens next? Well eBay force me to refund the customer?

If tracking shows delivered, you should not need to refund the Buyer. If the Buyer opens an Item Not Received refund request on eBay, it is critical that you enter the tracking number into that request for eBay to close the case in your favor.

It's possible the Buyer can then open a chargeback with their payment company. If so, eBay will notify you if there's anything else you need to do.
