FedEx shipping overcharge

Question

I've had three FedEx shipping upcharges to my Visa via email after the item was shipped. I always confirm weight and measurements. There was a statement from Ebay at the top of each item stating FedEx computer glitch and will be refunded the upcharge. EBay no longer has this upcharge posted and I have yet to receive a refund from FedEx. Anyone else experience FedEx upcharges? If yes, did you take further action with EBay or FedEx for a refund?

Another issue, I can not find out how to contact EBay directly. Is there a way to email EBay with your problem? Thank You, Ron

There is a "ticket" for the Fedex overcharges. When you talk to customer service, ask to be added to the ticket: Reference ID: ALERT15247

5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options"
6) Click â€œHave Us Call Youâ€ (or "Chat with an Agent")
