FedEx shipping labels underpaid
IS ANYONE GETTING CHARGED FOR FEDEX UNDERPAID SHIPPING?
I just got charged over $100 ($20 average per label) for underpaid shipping.
the correct size and weight were given.
My advice is to not use FedEx shipping on eBay!

RESOLVED -root cause has been identified, and resolution is underway. All impacted customers will be credited for any erroneous FedEx label adjustment costs. At this time we don't need any other customer examples.
