FedEx shipping label adjustments
Thank you in advance for any help. The last 3 packages I've shipped through fedEx (all eBay sales), the shipping cost has been erroneously adjusted. I saw the notice eBay posted about refunding the money to sellers experiencing this problem, but I cannot find what I need to do on my part. Do I file a claim or a dispute?
