Fedex Shipping Dispute
Hello! I was wondering if anyone has had success with disputing an under paid shipping charge from Fedex? My original packaged was charged 20 dollar but I received a 39 dollar under payment charge which has completely wiped out my net proceeds. Is it worth disputing? Thanks in advanced!

Mentor4 months agoTo do this with a FedEx upcharge you have to go through eBay since they are the actual shipper of record and not you. How successful you are will depend on the reason for the upcharge. If your package was more than one cubic foot in size then you are charged based on DIM (dimensional) weight and not the actual weight of the package. The larger the package the more the assessed weight will be. Also, package dimensions can be up charged based on length with long packages being charged extra fees depending on length.
