fedex shipping cost adjustment
fedex has billed me twice for what they say was over label weight shipping. They have automatically charged my account. Is there a way to contact them? I tried before and they wanted me to open a fedex account. I get my labels through ebay shipping. Have others had this problem? I know my weight is correct.

Mentor1 year agoUnfortunately you cannot talk to FedEx about this as eBay is the shipper of record for FedEx packages. eBay does not get involved in price adjustments for shipping labels by the shipping carrier.
