FedEx shipping charges adjustments
I just received an email where they say 5 FedEx packages had shipping charge adjustments. Per the comments on there they are saying my packages were labeled higher in weight than what it actually weighed. So they then charged me extra, anywhere from $8 to $17, because my weight I calculated for was to high. I do not understand that reasoning. And on most of them the weight was only off by ounces. One example is my weight says 5 lbs. They then said on the explanation that the actual weight was 4.90 pounds. So they then added charges of $17.04. Really because I was over by a tenth of a pound they double the shipping costs.
