fedex shipping adjustments
twice within the last week FedEx has adjusted shipping costs after items were delivered. these are significant increases. on both cases FedEx more than doubled shipping costs after adjustments. in both cases the item dimensions and weight listed on the adjustments are the same as the original dimensions and weight! there is no further explanation! I've tried to contact ebay and I can't get past their ai response tool, which has been no help. what can I do?

Mentor1 month agoThere is also a surcharge if the item is not enclosed in a cardboard box.

Mentor1 month agoYou are receiving an adjustment for the length of the package. FedEx (along with the other shippers) now charge a surcharge for long packages. When you have a long package you need to check the Irregular box when making the listing and purchasing your label so the surcharge is accounted for.
