FedEx shipping adjustments
Case as follows.
2 instances of problem.
1st. item no. 396846993935 to zip. 30044-2556. size 8x8x31, 25 lbs. Calculated cost today, see below followed by the adjustment I recieved.
2nd. item no. 397013246221, one rate pack. fedex delivered photo followed by the adjustment.
I can't get throughh to an eBay Team Mate
FedEx says I need the billing invoice and billing address related to the tracking no. in order to even have a conversation with FedEx regarding the adjustments.
